Well, that was...interesting.

The air raid sirens sounded about an hour ago here in Jerusalem. False alarm, thankfully. The system was only supposed to alert Ashkelon, Ashdod, Yavne, and Be'er Sheva (where the rocket actually hit). Apparently Jerusalem was included because Yavne is between Gaza and Jerusalem, so the projection of the rocket was correct even though the range was too short.

Well, at least now I know what the Code Red siren sounds like...

me too!!

but i almost got used to them coz i've heard them couple of time in beer sheva too (that's where i come from)

I know that the preposition on the title isn't correct in Hebrew. I was going for the double-meaning of the English translation: "on" as in "on top of" and "on" as in "on the topic of". ב would be more "in" than "on". אין מה לעשות. Not going to go re-edit the banner now.
